Server Terms and Store Policy
This policy explains how ranks, Victory Points, and other digital benefits operate on Victory Valley. By purchasing or otherwise obtaining a store item, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms below.
1. Permanent Ranks and Victory Points
Unless a package description clearly states otherwise, ranks purchased from the Victory Valley store are permanent and will remain linked to the Minecraft account entered during checkout.
Permanent rank status means that the rank itself does not expire at the end of a season, following a routine server reset, or after a specified period of time. This does not mean that every individual perk included with the rank will remain unchanged indefinitely.
Victory Points that have been properly purchased, earned, and credited to a player's account do not expire and are not reset as part of routine season changes, server resets, or ordinary server updates.
Victory Points are a virtual balance that may only be used within Victory Valley. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, withdrawn, sold, or transferred between accounts unless Victory Valley expressly provides such a feature or applicable law requires otherwise.
2. Changes to Rank Perks and Victory Point Content
Victory Valley may reasonably update, rebalance, replace, restrict, suspend, or discontinue individual rank benefits. This may include commands, permissions, features, rewards, cosmetics, limits, multipliers, queue access, and other perks.
The champions, cosmetics, features, and other content available for purchase using Victory Points may also be added, removed, replaced, updated, or rebalanced. The number of Victory Points required to unlock particular content may change over time.
Purchasing Victory Points does not guarantee that a particular champion, item, feature, or price will remain available indefinitely unless this is expressly stated in the relevant package description.
Reasons for making changes may include:
- Maintaining fair and balanced gameplay
- Preventing abuse, exploits, spam, or security issues
- Resolving technical limitations or compatibility problems
- Responding to changes in plugins, software, game versions, or infrastructure
- Meeting legal, payment-provider, platform, or Minecraft-related requirements
- Improving, restructuring, or continuing the development of Victory Valley
Purchasing a rank does not guarantee that every individual perk will remain available, identical, or unchanged permanently. However, Victory Valley will aim to make reasonable changes and preserve the general purpose and value of each rank.
Victory Valley will also aim to preserve the usability and general value of properly credited Victory Points. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes whenever reasonably possible.
3. Server, Season, and Feature Availability
Victory Valley may update, reset, replace, suspend, or discontinue servers, seasons, game modes, maps, custom games, bots, plugins, features, or services when reasonably necessary.
We do not guarantee that every server, game mode, feature, or service will remain available indefinitely or operate without interruption. Temporary outages, maintenance, technical problems, updates, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
The permanent or non-expiring status of a rank or Victory Point balance does not guarantee that Victory Valley, or every feature in which the rank or Victory Points can be used, will continue operating indefinitely.
4. Package Descriptions and Delivery
Each package description lists the rank benefits, quantity of Victory Points, or other digital content currently included with that package. Customers should review the complete package description before completing a purchase.
Package descriptions may be updated when benefits or content change. Any brief summary, advertisement, announcement, or promotional image should be read together with the full package description and this policy.
Delivery may require the player to join the server or wait for the purchase to be processed. Temporary technical issues may delay delivery. Players who do not receive their purchase within a reasonable period should contact Victory Valley support with their transaction information.
5. Account Information and Balances
Customers are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username and any other requested account information during checkout. Ranks, Victory Points, and other benefits will normally be delivered to the account specified during the purchase process.
Rank transfers, Victory Point transfers, account changes, or corrections are not guaranteed and may be reviewed individually by Victory Valley support.
Victory Point balances may be corrected where points were credited or deducted incorrectly because of a technical error, duplicate delivery, exploit, unauthorized activity, or another verifiable balance error. Such a correction is not considered a seasonal or routine balance reset.
6. Refunds, Reversals, and Chargebacks
Where a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, cancelled, or determined to be unauthorized or fraudulent, Victory Valley may remove the rank, Victory Points, or other benefits delivered as part of that purchase.
If some or all of the purchased Victory Points have already been spent, the player's balance may be adjusted to reflect the refunded or reversed transaction.
7. Abuse and Server Rules
Ownership of a rank or Victory Points does not exempt a player from Victory Valley's server rules. Store benefits must not be used to exploit the server, disrupt gameplay, harass other players, bypass restrictions, or obtain benefits in a way that was not intended.
Access to the server or to a particular benefit may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to enforce server rules, prevent abuse, or protect the community. Permanent ownership of a rank or Victory Point balance does not guarantee continued server access for an account that has been suspended or banned.
8. Other Applicable Terms
Purchases are also subject to the terms presented during the Tebex checkout process and any other policies that apply to the Victory Valley server.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or override any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
9. Acceptance
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the relevant package description and accept this Server Terms and Store Policy together with the applicable Tebex checkout terms.
